MudForce 3500
Continuous mixing with integrated big-bag handling
The MudForce 3500 is a larger bentonite mixing unit designed to keep drilling fluid available during demanding HDD projects. Its integrated crane allows crews to handle big bags directly at the unit, making it easier to load bentonite throughout the working day. An ultrasound leveling system monitors the fluid level, giving the crew a clear view of how much drilling fluid is available.
The mixing setup includes a stainless-steel worktable, hopper and venturi, together with galvanized pipework. These components bring big-bag handling, mixing and fluid transfer together in one unit, helping crews maintain a steady workflow on site.
Configured for your operation
The MudForce 3500 has a 4-inch inlet and a choice of 4- or 6-inch outlet. It can be supplied with an 88 kVA or 110 kVA generator, or without a generator if power is already available on site.
Options include LED work lighting, low-pressure hoses, a high-pressure cleaner, company branding and a custom colour. This allows the unit to be configured around the way your crew works.
Engineered and built in-house
The MudForce 3500 is engineered and built at our facility in Nijverdal, the Netherlands. With its larger format, integrated crane and fluid-level monitoring, it offers a practical solution for HDD crews that need mixing capacity and straightforward material handling on site. Available for both purchase and rental.
