Its venturi system and frequency-controlled, low-speed pump support continuous and consistent bentonite preparation. This base model is supplied without a crane and is available with an 88 kVA or 110 kVA generator, or without a generator. The 18 m³ unit is suitable for hook-lift and cable systems and is available for purchase or rental.

Description

Continuous mixing for demanding HDD operations

The MudForce 2500 Mixunit Base provides a reliable supply of drilling fluid throughout HDD operations. It delivers a mixing capacity of 2,500 litres per minute and a transfer capacity of 1,500 litres per minute, both at 4 bar. Its frequency-controlled, low-speed pump operates at a maximum of 600 rpm.

Configured for your operation

The unit is available with an 88 kVA or 110 kVA generator, or without a generator. Options include LED work lighting, low-pressure hoses, a high-pressure cleaner, custom colours and company branding. This base model is supplied without a big-bag crane.

The 18 m³ closed tank features stainless-steel components, galvanized pipework, a 4-inch inlet and a 4- or 6-inch outlet. It is suitable for hook-lift and cable systems.

Engineered and built in-house

The MudForce 2500 is engineered and built at our facility in Nijverdal, the Netherlands. Its robust, practical design can be configured to specific project requirements and is available for both purchase and rental.
