MudForce 2500C | Mixing Unit with Generator and Crane

Continuous mixing with integrated big-bag handling

The MudForce 2500C combines bentonite mixing, fluid transfer and big-bag handling in one unit. Its integrated crane helps crews load bentonite on site, while the onboard generator supplies power for the mixing process. This makes it a practical setup for HDD projects where a continuous supply of drilling fluid is essential.

The unit mixes up to 2,500 l/min and transfers up to 1,500 l/min, both at 4 bar. Its frequency-controlled, low-speed pump runs at a maximum of 600 rpm to support a consistent mixing and transfer process.

Configured for your operation

The MudForce 2500C can be supplied with an 88 kVA or 110 kVA generator. The 18 m³ closed tank features a stainless-steel worktable, hopper and venturi, together with galvanized pipework. A 4-inch inlet and a choice of 4- or 6-inch outlet allow the unit to fit different site setups. It is suitable for both hook-lift and cable systems.

Further options include LED work lighting, low-pressure hoses, a high-pressure cleaner, company branding and a custom colour.

Engineered and built in-house

The MudForce 2500C is engineered and built at our facility in Nijverdal, the Netherlands. With its integrated crane and generator, crews have the equipment they need to handle bentonite and keep drilling fluid flowing on site. Available for both purchase and rental.
