MF-006 | Mixunit with Generator
Continuous bentonite mixing on site
The MF-006 brings bentonite mixing and fluid transfer together in one unit. Its onboard generator supplies power on site, helping drilling crews maintain a continuous supply of drilling fluid during HDD operations.
The unit has a mixing capacity of 2,500 l/min and a transfer capacity of 1,500 l/min, both at 4 bar. A frequency-controlled, low-speed pump operates at a maximum of 600 rpm to support a consistent mixing and pumping process.
Configured for your operation
The MF-006 can be supplied with an 88 kVA or 110 kVA generator. Its 18 m³ closed tank features a stainless-steel worktable, hopper and venturi, together with galvanized pipework. The unit has a 4-inch inlet and a choice of 4- or 6-inch outlet, and is suitable for both hook-lift and cable systems.
Options include LED work lighting, low-pressure hoses, a high-pressure cleaner, company branding and a custom colour.
Engineered and built in-house
The MF-006 is engineered and built at our facility in Nijverdal, the Netherlands. With its onboard generator and flexible configuration, it is a practical mixing solution for daily HDD operations. Available for both purchase and rental.
