Continuous mixing for demanding HDD projects
The MudForce 3500 OC is a larger bentonite mixing unit designed to keep drilling fluid available throughout demanding HDD operations. Its ultrasound leveling system monitors the fluid level, helping the crew keep track of the available supply during operation.
The unit features a stainless-steel worktable, hopper and venturi, together with galvanized pipework. This setup supports an efficient mixing and transfer process throughout the working day.
Configured for your operation
The MudForce 3500 OC has a 4-inch inlet and a choice of 4- or 6-inch outlet. It can be supplied with an 88 kVA or 110 kVA generator, or without a generator if power is available on site.
Options include LED work lighting, low-pressure hoses, a high-pressure cleaner, company branding and a custom colour. This allows the unit to be configured to suit your site and the way your crew works.
Engineered and built in-house
The MudForce 3500 OC is engineered and built at our facility in Nijverdal, the Netherlands. Its larger format and fluid-level monitoring make it a practical solution for HDD crews that need a steady supply of drilling fluid. Available for both purchase and rental.
