Continuous mixing with integrated big-bag handling

The MudForce 2500C combines high-capacity bentonite mixing with an integrated crane for handling big bags on site. This allows drilling crews to load bentonite efficiently while maintaining a continuous supply of drilling fluid during demanding HDD operations.

The unit provides a mixing capacity of 2,500 l/min and a transfer capacity of 1,500 l/min, both at 4 bar. Its frequency-controlled, low-speed pump operates at a maximum of 600 rpm, supporting a consistent mixing and pumping process.

Configured for your operation

The MudForce 2500C is available with an 88 kVA or 110 kVA generator, or without a generator. Other options include LED work lighting, lagedrukslangen, a high-pressure cleaner, company branding and a custom colour.

The 18 m³ closed tank features a stainless-steel worktable, hopper and venturi, as well as galvanized pipework. The unit has a 4-inch inlet, a 4- or 6-inch outlet and is suitable for both hook-lift and cable systems.

Engineered and built in-house

The MudForce 2500C is fully engineered and built at our facility in Nijverdal, the Netherlands. Its robust construction and flexible configuration make it a practical mixing solution for daily HDD operations. Available for both purchase and rental.
